This case is devil in the details sorta crime. They allege illegal gambling but at the same time let the Fla lottery cheat a woman of a winning scratch off ticket that the Fla lottery refused to honor citing the bar code on the ticket decides the issue. Not what was printed on the ticket. I am curious why was Fla lottery allowed to cheat a woman of 250k ? Why no charges there?
