perhaps if officers were more vigilant, ryan scott ford would be alive today.. they had to know kids were back in there & should have encouraged them to go elsewhere...surely there were vehicles to be ticketed,, the kids didn't just drop out of thin air ??? if the streets of new york could be cleansed in 3 short years,, after 25-30 years of looking the other way,,then surely rutherford can motivate his officers to a more proactive policing,, or he should resign.. and we did it without a raise for 7 years under guiliani the hero 0f 9/11 !!!
