Public Buildings Division chief resigns
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Chief of the city's Public Buildings Division has resigned.
Lloyd Fountain stepped down on Thursday.
The city says Fountain was an "at-will" employee. "As such, he served at the pleasure of the Mayor," wrote Aleizha Batson, the Deputy Director of Communications, in a statement to Action News.
