The military needs to do more than blacklist the club. They should be involving the FBI and homeland security to shut it down. 3 months is nothing for club. The message should be clear if military member gets killed on leave and your negligent you lose your business. Be a lot less thugs gong to clubs then.

He was shot outside a 'bar'. And now that 'bar' is blacklisted for 3 months...?'s a bar...losing business from the military is not going to hurt it, it's a bar. And there is no honor among thugs, much less DRUNK thugs, to tell the police or his family anything about this shooting.

My condolences to the family for his loss. The military pretends to care about its troops, except when they poison their own in desert storm then lie about it. They cover up research, deny veterans a trial by jury as required by the US Constitution. Have experienced it first hand as desert storm navy vet. Anyone tells the military keeps its word and is honorable should ask for veterans to be allowed jury trials to determine disability. VA willing cheats veterans lies to them and down plays over 300k poisoned, they cite 200k but do not include the ones got sick from desert shield shots, they do not include the ones served in Turkey, or other countries including Israel. Those veterans are worse than dead forced to survive as best they can, and forced to be called liars without a lawful jury of their peers to hear their stories and see their eviedence. All the while their health deteriotes and the leaders of that fiasco play at being good Presidents who care about the troops, but they don't care enough to make sure the vets they poisoned get service connection disability as promised when they entered. That is if you serve and the government makes you ill or wounded they will take care of you for such sacrifice. Poisoned veterans don't make for good recruiting propaganda. So we get thrown out with the trash for justice.
