JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A strong cold front will roll through Jacksonville and nearby areas late tonight preceded by a band of showers and isolated thunderstorms between about 10pm and 2am.  Rainfall will not be significant with amounts less than a quarter of an inch and -- in some areas -- barely measurable.  The front will be followed by blustery northwest winds Wednesday and another temperature dip.  Highs will only reach the mid 50s to low 60s with winds from the northwest at 15-25 mph and gusty which lead to another high risk of wildfires.  Diminishing winds, clear skies and dry air will lead to an unseasonably cold night Wednesday night with temperatures near freezing west of I-95 where there will be some frost early Thursday.
