JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A fire that started in an RV badly damaged a home it was parked next to. It happened on Spann Road in North Jacksonville. Fire officials say a propane tank began venting gas from the intense heat, but did not explode. No one was hurt in the fire, but both the home and RV were considerably damaged and could be a total loss.
