what kind of a country have we become??? how is it the robber was denigrated by fuel costs,, that he had to resort to a stolen bicycle,, in order to facillitate his get away ??? i can remember when our criminals would jack up a motorist,, then go and commit the robbery !!! oops,, maybe this einstein forgot to read that chapter on how to be a successful crook ???i can see the headlines now,, POLICE CONDUCT SLOW SPEED CHASE OF CRIMINAL ON A BICYCLE,, pedestrians run over by hit & run bicyclist !!!
