JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A fast-moving storm system will bring rain and cool temperatures to metro Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia Tuesday.  The first light rain will move into areas near and west of Jacksonville by sunrise (6:45am) then continue through the morning before becoming more on-and-off in the afternoon.  Coverage is expected to be 100% but amounts will only average a tenth to a third of an inch for Jacksonville and nearby areas to a half inch or a bit more over Southeast Georgia.  The clouds and rain will make for a cool Election Day as temperatures struggle to get into the 60s.  Plan on rain gear and a jacket for the day.
