Thursday will begin cool under cloudy skies with some lingering drizzle. Temperatures will start out in the 40s and only rise into the upper 50s to low 60s as skies slowly become partly cloudy. Clearing skies Thursday night will allow temperatures to dip into the 30s with a light inland frost -- mainly near and west of Highway 301.
