JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- This is the tenth year in a row the Real Sense Prosperity Campaign has kicked off tax season in Jacksonville. Today that tradition will continue with the celebration of the programs first year-round financial service center in Springfield.

In 2012, the Real Sense Prosperity Campaign tax program helped 16,000 people in the community file their taxes for free, and get more than $22 million in refunds.

The mayor will cut the ribbon to the new tax facility at the Wells Fargo Springfield branch off of North Main Street at 10:30a.m.

And if you can't make it at 10:30, not to worry. Action News will have a phone bank with the folks from the Real Sense Prosperity Campaign this afternoon, starting on Action News @ 5.
