JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Northeast Florida Chapter of the American Red Cross is deploying the Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV), along with two volunteers Tuesday.
The group will be leaving for New Jersey at 10 a.m. to help people affected by Hurricane Sandy.
