Hey Action News, if a story or some version of the story is on your website for three days, IT IS NO LONGER NEWS!!! A deck collapsed - some people got hurt - end of story. It wasn't that big of a deal to begin with!

hey dumbash, did you ever think that given the lousy condition of the deck, that 12 or however many people on it were too many ?? nah i didn't think so.. too busy playing the laid back beach dude, right ?? yeah you were.. you were upstairs on the 3rd floor at the time, getting some-thing, so how do you know how many were on the deck ?? see you have to take into account the stresses not only of the accumalated weight, but that said weight is moving in different directions, thus pulling & pushing at the fasteners.. in simpler terms, your friends are the reason why it came unglued.. them & the fact it was never designed for 12 or however many fools. but we all love your statement on t.v., "we knew it was gonna happen, we just can't understand why it took so long"!!! so you & your fellow renters knew it was substandard & yet you allowed/permitted your guests to venture out onto said unsafe deck !! every defense lawyers star witness !!!
