Reported attempted abduction in the 5500 block of Trout River Boulevard

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is reporting an attempted abduction may have taken place in the 5500 block of Trout River Boulevard on the Northside Friday afternoon.

JSO is currently looking for a male with dark curly hair, who is heavy set and might be wearing a blue flannel shirt, a dark hat, and dark boots.


The person of interest could be driving a 
Maroon Nissan pickup with a black bra on the front.

The license plate of the vehicle might begin with the letter "Z", according to police.
