JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Anatolia Grill and Bar is a Turkish restaurant located on San Jose Boulevard in Mandarin.
It was temporarily shut down by the state health inspector this week. Here's a look at what we found in the most recent state health inspection. An emergency order was issued for 8 high priority violations.
31 dead roaches were found in the kitchen
More than a dozen live ones were seen by the inspector as well
The restaurant was closed down until it could be thoroughly cleaned.
The owner, Helin says, "It was just closed for one night. Everything is fine actually. We just bought the restaurant a few months ago. The delivery person opened the back door for three hours and the roaches came inside. Everything has been fixed. Everything is perfect and everything is really clean."

The Florida House Inn on South 3rd Street in Fernandina Beach had five high priority violations including live flies in the kitchen.
At Seaside Amelia Inn on Atlantic Avenue in Fernandina Beach there were also five high priority violations including fruit flies around the juice machine at the breakfast bar.Click here
