Jacksonville, FLA. - New Blanding Billiards is located on Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville. The state health inspector recently found 17 violations there, eight of them were high priority. That means those violations could make you sick.
Here are some of the high priority issues the health inspector noted in the report:
Tuna being sold on February 5th was made on January 22nd... two weeks earlier.
Cheese with mold-like growth
Cold food held at temperatures above 41 degrees
A stop sale issued on potentially hazardous food due to temperature abuse
Management refused to talk with us about any of these violations and asked us to leave.

At AM Asian Restaurant on Saint Johns Bluff Road in Jacksonville there were seven high priority violations including a stop sale on food that was still being sold seven days after it was prepared.
At Ichiban on North 3rd Street in Jacksonville Beach there were seven high priority violations including an operator who continued using sushi rice after the inspector repeatedly told him to throw it out. It was no safe for human consumption.
