JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- While some people are recovering from a day of family and food...others are trying to figure out what do with their Christmas gifts. Returns seem to be a holiday tradition as much as shopping is, but as Action News learned some crooks are using returns to cash in.

Easy enough…Demand a receipt! Anyone that buys a gift gets a receipt! Most places give a "gift receipt"….No receipt? No exchange or refund! How hard is that?
