Retired JSO sergeant helps catch post office shooting suspect
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- After 35 years protecting Jacksonville in uniform, Sgt. Mark Shinholser said his retirement wasn't going to stop him from continuing to do, when he witnessed gunfire at a Blanding Boulevard post office Sunday.
