ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- A $750 reward is being offered for any information that might lead to an arrest in an incident where several kittens were found mutilated in April of this year.

The Clay County Humane Society through Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for any information that might lead to an arrest in the Orange Park mutilated kittens case.  This will be in addition to the Holly Cove Apartments $250 reward.

On Saturday, April 16, 2012, the Clay County Sheriff's office was called to the Holly Cove Apartments on Wells Road in reference to some feral kittens that were found mutilated.

The incident remains under investigation and the sheriff's office is treating it as an act of animal cruelty.

If you have any information you are asked to call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-866-845-8477

If I had any information, I would turn them in for free.

I hope someone steps up to the plate and turns this sick pile of human waste into the police. Then I hope the press puts their picture and name in the paper so some animal lover can show them the business side of a Louisville slugger. I'd say one broken bone for each kitten, starting with the kneecaps would be the kind of justice they really deserve.
