All lanes of Ricker Road are now open on the Westside after a semi becomes disabled
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All lanes of Ricker Road are now open after a broken down semi caused traffic problems for hours on Friday Morning.
The breakdown happened at the intersection of Ricker and Melvin Roads.
No injuries are being reported.
