Oh yes, I forgot - - I am a Republican and don't care overly for Bill Nelson, but right is right and wrong is wrong. Hopefully he will get it right eventually.

I agree that the guy should be allowed to come back. If, in fact, he was brought here by his illegal parents at age five, it is no fault of his own. People should stop punishing children for things that they did or do not do. No matter how old the child becomes - it wasn't his fault. He is as american as any of us rednecks or individuals that look down their noses at people they feel are "less" than they are. The parents should be deported and every adult that comes in illegally should be deported.

I am glad to see that Senator Nelson is willing to do something. For all of you who are tired of hearing about this story, I am sorry you feel that way. Cesar is a Christian and he was trying to do the right thing, that is why he is back in Mexico. But how can he be punished for something he did not do. He was brought here when he was 5 years old, so how do propose that he was do the right thing back then. When he was old enough, he was trying to do the right thing. I think that people forget that no matter what race or nationality you are, you are still a human being created by God first and foremost. Cesar is one of the most kindest people I have ever met. My husband was dying of cancer and Cesar helped me tremendously without ever asking for anything in return. When my husband passed away, Cesar was a God sent to help me. Right now, today, I have heat and air in my car because Cesar fixed it for me for free. So before you go passing judgement on others, why don't you get all the facts first and possibly check your own life out. In the Bible Jesus said if you don't have sin cast the first stone, so can you cast a stone? Yes people in our country need help, but Cesar is an American no matter what anyone else says. Not legally according to a piece of paper, but in his heart and mind he is an American. How would you like to be transported to a foreign country that you knew nothing about and just left there? I am going to continue to pray for all of you that God will change your hearts and minds and that God will bring Cesar home where he belongs!

I am tired of hearing about this ... he is a christain and should have done it God's way... by the law... now we are wasting tax dollar with Senator Nelson's time... there are people who need food, homes, and children who are legal in this State that need Senator Nelson's time and energy helping them.... drop the issue .. this is not a taxpayers problem, but theirs. You reap what you sow, and they chose this path.

NO SEN. NELSON,, ABSOLUTELY NO !!! DON'T MAKE US RECALL YOU !!! if illegals had done things correctly,, then there would be no issue... but they didn't.. in a year baby MIA will be fine to travel to mexico & be reunited with her daddy !!! i'm sure if they traveled slowly to mexico,, say over 7 days,, it would pose no hardship to the baby.. 6 hours a day of driving = 42 hours over 7 days... they would arrive refreshed & then they could all be together in jolly ole mexico,, where they belong !!! no more illegals... send them all back or declare open season on them !!! you couldn't stay in mexico illegally,, not that you would want to !!!

I wish our government took as good of care of the taxpayers of this country as they do the illegal aliens.
