JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The suspect in a road rage incident pleaded guilty to fatally shooting another driver near 103rd Street and Jammes Road back in 2012.

Brad Andrew Lippincott, 31, will face sentencing Dec. 19 for his manslaughter charge.

Prosecutors say the road rage incident started with a verbal argument over a traffic dispute.

Lippincott pulled out a gun and fired seven shots at the victim's car.

The driver was fatally injured, but his 8-year-old daughter was not harmed during the attack.
