ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- A jack-knifed tractor-trailer prompted a shutdown of Interstate 95 near State Road 16 Tuesday. The roads reopened around 5:30 p.m.
The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office says rain may be a factor in the crash. The northbound lanes were closed because of the blockage. Several other vehicles were involved in wrecks behind the 18-wheeler.
