Roads reopen downtown after flooding

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Flooding downtown forced street closures Tuesday morning. 

Police had to close Market Street between Phelps and Orange streets due to flooding around Confederate Park.

Authorities also blocked off Confederate Street from Hubbard Street to Liberty Street due to high water.

The roads have since reopened.
