S & J Learning Academy

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Our crew traveled to S-and-J Learning Academy on Oakhurst Street in Jacksonville.

It's a small place licensed for just 17 children.  And yet this small center wound up with a large number of violations when the state inspector came through recently.

Here's a sampling of some of the issues here:

-A cleaning supply was accessible to children

-There were problems with training requirements and Children's Health/Immunization Records and even Background Screening Documents.

When the inspection at S & J Learning Academy was over there were 11 violations recorded.  This facility Missed The Mark on its most recent inspection.
