Keep the stand your ground Law. No one knows the circumstance of either of the deaths here in Florida. Its not the Laws fault, It's the people involved in the incident. One would have to be in the same situation of the shooter or the victim of the shooting.

No one wants to say it so I will - Right or wrong the death of any one individual is not worth the loss of my right to "stand my ground" as the law actually intends. The fact that this is used as a potential defense for a shooting is no more binding than "temporary insanity", "accident", etc. and nobody wants those laws repealed. Let the courts decide the validity of the case and NOT the family, media, anti-gun hysteria, et al.

If the owner of this gas station doesn't run them for unlawful assembly on private property, then I will NEVER get my gas there again. These gun grabbers are trying to BLAME EVERYONE for crime just because a 'few' out there felt the need to use it. BUT they let the majority of thugs who use guns ILLEGALLY for robbing and murdering IN AND OUT OF PRISON to do it over and over again??????????????
