ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- The lights are back on at World Golf Village, but the roads are still dangerous.

A van from the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is powering an emergency generator to get the lights back on.  And in the past few minutes, a Florida Power & Light crew arrived to help out.

This impromptu jump-start is located at International Golf Parkway and Pacetti Road, one of many trouble spots in St. Johns County.

The sheriff's office is advising people to stay off the road due to the dangerous conditions. There are a number of traffic lights still out, tree limbs in the road, and flooded roads.

Authorities say downed power lines have sparked small fires in trees due to arcing.
