SWAT Team call on the Westside

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A SWAT standoff on the westside has ended with a man in jail.

Police were called to the home on Waggon Road early Monday morning in reference to a domestic dispute.

JSO Public Information Officer Shannon Hartley tells Action News the man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

A family member of the man says police have been to the home before.

Beaver Street, which was closed during the standoff, is now back open.
