JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Two Navy sailors are recovering at Naval Hospital Jacksonville after getting injured during replenishment at sea off the coast of Jacksonville.

IF it had been synethic line used for mooring ship snapping most them would be missing limbs. Must been something smaller.
