Smoke smell still strong off San Pablo
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Weekend brush fires are 100 percent contained, according to the Department of Forestry, but the scent left behind is strong.
If you live or travel along San Pablo Road between JTB and Beach Boulevard, don't be alarmed if it smells like a bonfire. Ten acres burned over the weekend, but the Department of Forestry says they redrew fire lines with tractors to keep it from doing any further damage. They now tell Action News it is completely contained.
If you do see a flare up, they are asking that you notify them.
