JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Scattered storms will affect far Northeast Florida and much of Southeast Georgia this evening.  A few storms may develop in and around Jacksonville between 7 and 10pm with the potential for brief heavy rain, gusty winds and frequent lightning.  Thursday will be partly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms redeveloping but earlier in the day than Wednesday -- from late morning through the afternoon.  Very warm and humid temperatures will top out in the upper 80s to low 90s.  Click ** here ** to download the FREE First Alert Weather iPad App.
