JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Scattered storms into early this evening will produce locally very heavy rain, frequent lightning and gusty winds as cells move generally east or slightly northeast at 10-15 mph. The storms will diminish between 8 and 10pm from west to east. Outside of storms, skies will be partly cloudy with very warm and muggy temperatures.
More of the same for Tuesday as morning sun will heat temperatures to near 90 degrees by early afternoon helping to spark scattered late day heavy thunderstorms. Click ** here
