Duval County Public Schools needs to make a concerted effort to reduce bullying and crimes in schools. They move principals around and have Teach for America teachers to target academic gains; why not identify an expert in this field too? It may be the best investment the school system ever makes.

Although the school doesn't has any evidence of such bullying or drug use doesn't mean it never happened the fact drugs have been indicated in a middle school is more red flags that should monitor the bathrooms hallways and lockers,a drug dog can run pass the lockers while the kids are in class,or random searches may be warranted as most student know who the bad apples are, looking over the grades of those failing history of school admii actions etc. on the otherhand what would prevent other students seeking transfer. cant hollar fire in a threater without smoke unless the hall alarms are sounding off.
