Four children taken to hospital after school bus crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Four children and two adults have been taken to the hospital after a car collided with a school bus.

It happened around 7 a.m., Thursday near the intersection of Powers Avenue and Old Kings Road. Witnesses at the scene say the car was turning into a neighborhood when the bus slammed into it.

The bus is owned by Student Transportation America.

Four children on the bus were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

Two adults were also injured in the crash, one was the driver of the car, the other was the driver of the bus.

Action News is working to find out if any charges will be filed.

These bus drivers drive like there going to the races. I'm doing ten miles an hour over the posted speed and they pass me. Sometimes i wish i had a dash cam so i could record some of the stuff these drivers do. Not all are like that but my money is on most of them driving well over the posted speed.
