Jacksonville, Fla. -- The women found missing after 10 years in Cleveland is reminding a local mother about the day her son vanished.
Twelve years later, still holds out hope he comes home one day. John Rowan went missing in February of 2001. It's the day Margaret Rowan won't forget. It's the day her son disappeared from his own home. Everyday she prays for a miracle. "How great it would be if our son was found," said Rowan.
Tuesday, she had a glimmer of hope after three women missing for ten years in Ohio were found alive. "To me,that's the best news any parent could believe," said Rowan.
Rowan's son had put in his notice just hours before he disappeared. Police have never made an arrest in the case. "A lot of questions that have just not been answered," said Rowan.
They're answers one mother wants for her family, and the children her son left behind. "We do live in hope, to put him to rest," said Rowan.
Rowan has two kids. His mom says to this day, they still have nightmares about their father's disappearance.
