CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. -- The search for 24-year-old Ivy Merck has shifted from Georgia to South Florida.

Merck has not been seen since Thursday, August 23, 2012.  On Thursday, August 30, 2012 her SUV was located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.  Investigators with the Camden County Sheriff's Office, the Broward County Sheriff's Office, the Kingsland Police Department and the Athens-Clarke County Police Department continue to search for Merck.

Investigators have been following tips about sightings of Merck all across the country.  So far, none of the sightings has been verified.

Family, friends and co-workers believe Merck may still be in Broward County.  Right now, there is no indication a crime was committed but investigators can not rule out foul play.

Merck is 5'1" and 115 pounds.  She has brown eyes and dark blonde to brown hair.  If you have any information about where Merck may be staying, call the Camden County Sheriff's Office at (912) 729-1442.
