JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is making an appearance in Jacksonville to push awareness of part of the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare.

Sebelius will meet with local stakeholders and Mayor Alvin Brown at the Sulzbacher center. Her visit is to help the uninsured prepare to enroll in new state health care exchanges, part of the new federal insurance system, which opens October 1.

Sebelius was in Orlando Friday and continues throughout Jacksonville, a state that has vehemently opposed the plan and avoided some of its measures

Sebelius will be avaiable for remarks at 1:10 p.m. Monday afternoon.

I just have one question that wasn't ask here, does she have to participate in the Obamacare plan ? If the people who have been pushing this plan believe it's such a great deal I'm suprised they haven't got enough people to stop president Obama from moving his plan back until 2015, after the 2014 elections.
