GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- The Clay County Sheriff's Office says a senior who was reported missing in Green Cove Springs has been located in Georgia.
Harland Vincent disappeared at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, but deputies informed Action News he was located early Wednesday morning.
Vincent is believed to be suffering from dementia and type 1 diabetes.
