JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The trial for the man accused of killing Jordan Davis in an argument over loud music will not happen next month.
A judge on Thursday set two pre-trial hearings for September and October for Michael Dunn, who was supposed to go on trial on Sept. 23.
Judge Russell Healey said he'll likely set a trial for mid-January or early February.
Dunn is facing charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis. Police say Dunn fired into a car full of teenagers after getting into an argument over loud music at a Southside gas station on Black Friday last November.
