JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The family of Ryan Perry announced service plans which include donations for local charities.

According to The Bolles School, a viewing for 10-year-old Ryan Perry will be held at Ortega United Methodist Church at 4807 Roosevelt Boulevard on Friday, September 14 from 6 - 8 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 15 at 11 a.m., also at the church.

The family is asking that people make donations in memory of Ryan instead of sending flowers. They ask that donations be made to the Jacksonville Humane Society at 8464 Beach Boulevard or the Westside Soccer Club at 5345 Ortega Boulevard, either online or by mail.

Ryan died on September 5th after a tragic accident on a ropes course on The Bolles School Bartram Campus.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office removed part of the ropes course and the investigation is ongoing.
