JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Several local bridges are closed for ongoing road projects.
Both the Acosta and Main Street bridges are shut down as part of the Overland Bridge project.
They'll be closed through 6 a.m. Saturday.
Drivers are asked to use the Fuller Warren instead.
When the project opens back up, traffic will be shifted onto Interstate 95 northbound.
In St. Johns County, the Crescent Beach Bridge is closed as crews replace electrical and mechanical parts of the drawbridge.
Drivers are being asked to take State Road 312 as an alternate route.
The bridge is scheduled to reopen early monday morning.
