KINGSLAND, Ga. -- The Kingsland Police Department has arrested a sexual predator they say sexually assaulted a local 12-year-old girl.
Police say 43-year-old Holden Nguyen saw the girl walking in the area of Highway South US 17 in Kingsland and asked if she wanted a ride. The girl told police she thought Nguyen was the father of one her friends and accepted the ride.
Once inside the car, police say he bought the girl fast food, then took her to his home and told her he wanted to show her his cats. That's when the child says, he sexually assaulted her. Police searched his home and say there was enough evidence there to arrest Nguyen.
He is charged with enticing a child for indecent purpose, false imprisonment, child molestation and rape. Those are all felony charges.
