I'm surprized that Mr. Khan doesn't think that they need to make any changes to the staff, tell me what Gene Smith has done to improve this team thats worth keeping him on the payroll! Also we need to improve our coaching staff, so to me if that means getting rid of those who for one reason or another can't get the players on track, find someone that will. I do like the head coach but he needs to have his staff step up or make some changes.
