JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Onshore winds are spreading widely scattered showers across our area. First Alert Doppler HD has been picking up quick-moving showers on beach breezes. Winds off the ocean have been clocked from 15 to 20 mph. These winds have been driving ocean moisture on land in the form of some fairly heavy rain pockets.
Coverage has been spotty, but portions of the Jacksonville Metro Area have seen rain. Some roads are wet, so drive safely.
