Silver Alert for missing man canceled
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Silver Alert that was issued for a missing man on the Westside has been canceled.
Police say Robert Wells, 70, has been located and is safe.
Wells was following his party to Jacksonville in a 1996 white Cadillac Deville when he got separated.
