LAKE BUTLER, Fla.-- Just days after the mass shooting the sole survivor has returned home. Lewis "Buddy" Maybrey invited action news on his porch where he was surrounded by loved ones. He even managed to spark a smile.

But the pain in his arm where he was shot and in his spirit is still too much to leave home. He couldn't find the strength to attend a vigil for his Pritchett co-workers who weren't so fortunate.

Darkness still looms over a community still trying to heal.

"When tragedies happen our county pulls together our people come together we love god and we love each other," said Martha Tilton.

Tilton was victim Rolando Gonzalez Delgado's mother-in-law to be. Her daughter is now widowed at 21.

She says Gonzales-Delgado was an upstanding hard-working young man who sent his hard earned money back to his native Nicaragua to pay for his sisters' schooling.

"He came to America for the dream to make a better place and to make a better life for his sisters to have the advantages he never had," she said.

Gonzales-Delgado's viewing and funeral will be held Saturday at Archer Funeral Home beginning at 10.

His family has set up a memorial fund at TD Bank to help continue to pay for his sisters' education in Nicaragua.

Buffalo Bills running back CJ Spiller, who starred at Union County High School, attended the vigil.
