The Southbound light at University and Atlantic has been backed up every morning since that camera went active. Most people do not even know it is there. The company making money off of this simply has re-timed the light so they can generate more income. If the city needs the revenue so badly, why not be honest about it and put up a toll booth instead?

All the window dressing and BS in the world won't change the fact that these cameras create an unsafe condition. These cameras need to come DOWN - either taken down by the City or taken down by citizens. Which will it be?
