JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A clear and cold night ahead with some light inland frost as lows drop to near and a little below freezing west of I-95. Temperatures will stay above freezing in the mid to upper 30s east and south of the St. Johns River to the intracoastal and beaches. Thursday will mark the start of a gradual warming trend with afternoon highs in the 60s under mostly sunny skies and less wind.
