Spelling problems continue with Jacksonville road signs
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Workers along the Mathews Bridge were busy changing signs Saturday that were part of a massive mistake.Signs installed warning of the bridge's closure and detours were misspelled. The sign maker ended up putting an extra "T" in the word Mathews spelling the incorrect word of "Matthews" this time around.A couple of months ago Action News cameras caught a glaring mistake on an new sign along Interstate 95 where Florida was spelled "Flordia" numerous times.
