JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- After a couple of unsettled days of rain and wind, the sunshine returned in glorious fashion Tuesday morning.

The First Alert Weather Team is expecting dry weather through midweek.

Wednesday morning will be on the chilly side with drier air in place. However, we'll make it back into the eighties by afternoon under mostly sunny skies.

Higher humidity on Thursday will help to give us the warmest day of the week. Low to mid 80s are forecast. An isolated shower or thundershower is possible late as a front nears.

Neither the Thursday/Friday front nor the late Sunday front will provide much rain or cooling.

Expect seasonal temps and mostly dry conditions (overall) through the weekend.
