ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The State Fire Marshal's Office needs your help finding an arsonist.  Investigators believe three fires set on a single property in two weeks were set intentionally.

Neighbor Lois Mittenight saw the first two fires.  And she couldn't believe the house caught fire again Thursday night.  Now, she too is convinced this is a case of arson.

"I mean three fires in a week and a half?  Absolutely," she said.

Neighbors say the house has been empty since the elderly couple who lived here passed away earlier this month.

"The wife passed first and the husband passed like two weeks later," said Mittenight.

She says the first fire started just a few days after the husband died.  Neighbors say they've seen a suspicious man in the neighborhood lately, but they don't know who would want this house destroyed, and who would endanger the lives of everyone who lives nearby.

"There are kids," Mittenight exclaimed, "A lot of kids live in this neighborhood.  It is irresponsible and just stupid!"

Investigators are asking anyone who might know something to call the state arson hotline, at 1-877-NO-ARSON or 1-877-66-27766.

You can remain anonymous.  And a reward of up to $5000 is offered.
